Processing time:
Orders are processed within 2-7 business days after receiving your order convirmation email. You'll receive another email when your order has been shipped.

EU countries: 2-5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs procedures, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Shipping rates:
The Netherlands: €4.25
Other EU countries: €9.80
Final rates may vary depending on the total parcel weight or size.
Tracking and Delivery
All orders are shipped with PostNL Track & Trace.
Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of shipment confirmation, please contact us for assistance.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For coutries outside of the EU:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping rates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
All prices on our website include Dutch VAT where applicable.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist in filing a claim with PostNL and arrange a replacement or refund where possible.
